About the Author
Yannis Tsividis is Charles Batchelor Professor at Columbia University. He has worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories and Motorola Semiconductor, and has consulted on mixed analog-digital chips for a variety of companies. He is the author of Operation and Modeling of the MOS Transistor, published with McGraw-Hill (2nd editon, 1999).

The book can be used as a quick review of CMOS VLSI in order to step forward in analog design as well as for novice that want to have a very good introduction. It helped me quit a lot. Simple language ( as simple as it can be in VLSI) and "user-friendly" writing.
