This book helps us mothers to identify the guilt we feel, subconsciously much of the time whilst we are trying to balance absolutely everything - and tells us not to despair, we can do something about it! This book takes you on this sensitive journey to healing yourself, from offering practical advice to various exercises you can undertake to help you take charge of your life, which in turn will free you up to nurture your loved ones and create a happy, loving environment.
